An airline, Zest Airways Inc. (also known as Asian Spirit) is situated at Pasay City, Manila in the Philippines. Zest Airways operates international and domestic tourist services which links Manila and Cebu with 24 domestic destinations with support of trunk route operations of other airlines. Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Manila is its main base and with a hub at Mactan-Cebu International Airport. In addition, these hubs outside Manila still have to be made operative as of July 2009. In 1995, the airline was originally established as Asian Spirit, the first airline in the Philippines to be run as a cooperative. In April 1996, the operation started with a two second hand aircraft that serves only one scheduled flights twice a day from Manila to Malay, that serves the fledging resort in Boracay. In 2008, a series of business activities gave birth to Zest Air. 99.6 percent of Asian Spirit Incorporated was acquired by the AMY Holdings Corporation in March 26 2008.

Flight check in:
In advance of flight departure, you have to arrive at check-in location sufficiently to permit completion of any government formalities and departure procedures and as soon, the times indicated below:
At least two (2) hours before your scheduled departure time
At least three (3) hours before your scheduled departure time
Before departure time, flights are closed to check-in forty-five (45) minutes and after this time, you will not be accepted on board. If you do not comply with the Check-in Deadline or you fail to check-in prior to closing of check-in for your flight without incurring any liability to you, then Zest Airways reserves the right to cancel your reservation.
Express check-in counter of Zest Airways accommodates the elderly with up to two traveling companions, the handicapped, and passengers with no check-in baggage. Express check-in counter is situated at Counter 9.
Before your scheduled departure time, you have to be present at the boarding gate at least thirty (30) minutes before your scheduled departure time. You will be rejected carriage and your Checked luggage will be off-loaded from the aircraft, in condition, you arrive outside the applicable time limit at the boarding gate. For loss or expense due to your failure to comply with this provision, Zest Airways is not legally responsible to you. Precedence for boarding is given to the handicapped, the elderly and those traveling with children.
If you not succeed to check in at the appointed times or be unsuccessful to board the aircraft by the time the aircraft is about to depart, applicable charges will be imposed.
