An electronic spending/gift card, Subway Card is now available at participating Subway restaurant locations. People can purchase it in the amount between $5 and $100. Subway Cards are reloadable and reusable so at any time, you can add money to SUBWAY® Cards to make them a convenient way to pay for Subway restaurant menu items. At most Subway restaurant locations throughout the U.S. and Canada, Subway Cards can be used. The old Sub Club stamps program is replaced with the Subway Rewards Program by Some participating Subway restaurants. For every dollar spent on SUBWAY® restaurant menu items, customers earn one (1) point under the Rewards Program. Then for free menu items, the points can be redeemed.
Prior to sales taxes, points are rounded up or down to the nearest dollar. At the time of purchase, rewards Points are automatically calculated and added to your account. To earn Points, you must present your Subway Rewards Card at the time of buy. Due to technical issues, the Subway restaurant location is unable to load Rewards Points onto your card in the event so, you may mail in your receipt to have them added. Value Pay Services LLC issued Subway Card. This Subway Card may only be used at participating Subway restaurants for purchases. If your Card is registered online at www.mysubwaycard.com, and proof of purchase is provided, then you can receive remaining balances on lost, stolen or damaged Cards. This Card never expires and it is absolutely free. After 36 months, reward points expire.
When you visit website www.Mysubwaycard.com, you will see navigation such as Reload, Redeem Code, Check balance, purchase card, Corporate Sales and FAQ at the top of the home page. If you have a card then you can Register, Check Balance, Get My Points, Set up Auto Reload, and manage your Cards at www.Mysubwaycard.com. If you want to buy a card then you can click on “Get a card now” option and by entering your promotion code then clicking on “submit code” option you can get a card.
Points can be redeemed for the following menu items:
- 10 Points = 1 Cookie
- 15 Points = 1 Bag of Chips * 20 Points = 21 oz. Drink
- 35 Points = Mini Sub
- 50 Points = Regular 6” Sub or Wrap
- 75 Points = Regular Foot-Long Sub or Salad
When you talk with customer service representatives or checking account information by telephone or on www.Mysubwaycard.com website, you need a Subway Card PIN to help identify you. You can find it by scratching off the silver box located on the back of the Subway Card.

For logging in at www.Mysubwaycard.com, you have to click on “sign in” option at the top of the home page. When you click on sign in option you will find login page, where you have to enter your username or email address and password then click on “login” option. If you have forgotten your password then click on “lost your password” option and follow the instructions.
If you are new at www.Mysubwaycard.com, then you have to go for registration. For that you have to click on “register” option, which is situated at the left bottom side. When you click on “register” option, you will find the register page, where you have to enter your first name, last name, email address, password, confirm password, zip/postal code, mobile phone, and select country, date of birth, gender, do you want to receive offers about the Subway Card?, language of preference, security question and write its answer then click on “submit” option.
You can protect the balance remaining on your Card, if it is ever lost or stolen by registering your Subway Card. You become eligible to receive special promotional offers after registration. Cash and Rewards cards should be treated as cash. If your Card is registered, your remaining unused balance will be frozen and a replacement Card will be issued. For freezing the remaining unused balance on your Subway Card, call the SUBWAY® Card Help Line at 1-877-697-8222 and select Option 0 at the main menu. After the Subway Representative freezes your remaining balance, print out the Replacement Request Form, and mail the completed form along with the original purchase receipt to:
