You can take this customer satisfaction survey in either English or Spanish. For Best Buy $5,000 Survey you can log in if have an account at BestBuy.com, by entering your e-mail address and password then click to the sign in button.

LIMITS AND NO PURCHASE NECESSARY:- It is not necessary to purchase compulsorily. only legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are 18 years of age or older (except residents of Alabama and Nebraska who must be 19 years of age or older) at the time of entry can enter for A Best Buy $5,000 Survey. Void where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants agree to Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

ENTRY PERIODS:- This Promotional Period started from 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on March 1, 2010, and will be ended at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on August 28, 2010 (“Promotional Period”). There will be two (2) drawing periods (“Drawing Periods”) which is given below:

Sponsor will give unique multi-digit entry codes (“Codes”) during the Promotional Period. Codes which are not used during the Promotional Period will be void.

ENTERY:- There are two way to enter in this Best Buy $5,000 Survey, first way is With Codes and another way Without Purchase or Codes (Mail).

A) With Codes:- In this way, Visit at the official Web site of BestBuy indicated on your cash register receipt, card, notice or document, or click on the Web link within the e-mail notification. For entering your Codes, follow the instructions which are on the Web site. The answers to the survey will have no effect on an entrant’s ability to participate or win. Upon completion of the survey, entrant will be required to enter his/her name, complete address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number, birth date, and e-mail address to receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry.

B) Without Purchase or Codes (Mail):- Hand print your name, complete address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number, birth date, and e-mail address (optional) on a 3” x 5” card and mail in a first class stamped envelope to: Best Buy Survey Shopping Spree Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 72798, Rockford, MN 55572. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the first business day after the last day of a Drawing Period and received by the tenth business day following the last day of the Drawing Period to be eligible for entry into that Drawing Period. For purposes of these Official Rules, Saturday, Sunday, and postal holidays will not be considered business days. Each mail-in entry must be mailed in a separate outer envelope. No copies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will be accepted.

There is a limit of three (3) entries per person/e-mail address/address per Drawing Period (regardless of method of entry). All Codes are subject to verification. Any form of entry not stated in these Official Rules is void.

PRIZES/ODDS:- Grand Prize (Six (6) total; Three (3) per Drawing Period): A $5,000.00 Shopping Spree, awarded in the form of a Best Buy Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000.00 each. Total ARV of all prizes $30,000.00. Gift Cards are redeemable for future purchases only, subject to terms contained on Gift Card. Prizes will not be fulfilled outside of the 50 United States, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico. Limit one (1) prize per person/e-mail address/address per Drawing Period.

WINNERS LIST/OFFICIAL RULES REQUEST:- For the names of winners or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your name and complete address on a 3” x 5” card in a first class stamped envelope to: Best Buy Survey Shopping Spree Sweepstakes Winners or Official Rules (designate which), P.O. Box 72799, Rockford, MN 55572, for receipt by September 15, 2010. Winners list will be sent after all winners have been determined for the Promotional Period.     my son took me best buy to look laptops ,and i was amazed at how helpful every one was.so they told me about the lap tops and i bought one ,i tell everyone how nice and helpful they were,im glad i went to bestbuy ,because i returned and bought a new stove. great store ,keep up the good work.

    I went to Best Buy to buy a gas cooktop on 9/09/11 and since they didn’t have the one I wanted on stock, they ordered it online. It was to arrive on 9/28/11 and it didn’t. Total waste of time waiting. I called Best buy and they transferred me to the online dept. and I was told it was set for delivery date on 10/16/11. Totally wrong since my receipt clearly stated delivery date 9/28/11. So after waiting patiently more than 2 weeks, without any notice they had set me up to wait other 2 weeks; they didn’t even call to let me know it was in back order and I wouldn’t receive it on 9/28 like we had agreed. Bottom line, Best Buy could not keep their side of the deal. I will never ever shop at Best Buy, and I will advice my friends and relatives never to shop there. Total incompetence.

    Needed a new computer,.I explained to the .Gentleman assisting me what I thought I needed,..he asked me questions as to what kind of computer user I was,.. in a soft and patient manner he showed me computers and explained which were most suited for me. I purchased a laptop and an ipad for my wife,..He explained warrantee and free tech support included with my purchase. I am very happy with Best Buy service, and especially their sales assistant Nick Kretzchman in their Santa Rosa CA. store.

    our experience at our Bestbuy store in Fresno Ca. was great. it was remodeled since i last visited it, which was about 5 months earlier, to purchase a computor tower. Very bright and clean shiney floors.but most of all we were assited very quickley and the associates were polite and very professional. I will defenetly stand in line on Black Friday to shop there again.

    My husband has been shopping around for about a week to find the best deal with the xbox 360 kinnect,so as rocksmith guitar.Finally he found Best Buy was the one.He couldn’t wait for Black Friday,,,,so today we went and bought them.While we were at the store the employee that was assisting us was very helpful and polite.He answered all our quetions and shared some ideas about the product.We always love best buy…Can’t wait to go back and get some more games for my kinnect.

    my daughter’s and my experience at the best buy in durham nc was so much fun we were there atleast three hours and enjoying the whole time with Phil and Rebecca. My daughter ended up getting a laptop with a wi fi connections. she is very happy with her purchase and we had a great shopping experience there.

    ive been to bestbuy store#188 at chula vista ca. looking for hdmi cables and speaker cables for my speakers tsi400 polk audio ,yamaha rx-v371 a/v reciever,and panasonic blue ray player dmpbt210 that i bought from the same store,however my reciever and b-ray player are pick up items that i bought online.. one employee approach me and ask me what i need , itold him that i need hdmi cables and speaker cables.then he ask me first to go to hdmi cables section and tell me the characteristic of each hdmi cables.the better and trusted brands,speeds,etc.then i follow him to speaker cables and did the same thing ,characteristic, gauges of cables that i need for my polks….so now i know what are those label means.one more thing ,im a filipino , and i dont talk that much english ,but that employee have patience talking to me ,explaining me repeatedly what i need to know,what the best for my unit that i bought from ‘em.so i can experience the best performance out of it!! for that guy ,the sales employee or whatever you call him, more power!your the best at bestbuy!!in fact i decided to go to walmart that time when he approach me!! but when he told me why some items are cheap and other items are a little expensive. i decided to get 2 rolls of speaker cables 100ft. and 50 ft. and 2 hdmi cables!

    Went purchase a dish washer in Manchester CT store # 484. The guy that helped us was Charlie B. I did some research before we went and let me tell you this guy knew what he was talking about. He answered every question with no hesitation at all. Charlie B was on the game and needless to say we purchased one that night.

    Sheree Easley, mobil manager at the Victorville, Ca. store is truly worthy of honorable mention, and should be a canidate for promotion at the next employee review. Words cannot express the sincere gratitude and appreciation in the service I recieved Jan.28,2012 while purchasing a new cell phone. The majority of we older people are not as knowledgable as alot of the younger people about cell phones,and she was very patient,and rendered service in the most professional way.

    I want the BestBuy corporation to know that she represented the company in a most superior way. Offering service at the highest standard of professionalism and optimal customer service.

    Hello everybody, was first time to purchase at bestbuy but was the best experience I ever had! The guy served us was Adrian and he really knew what he was talking about and how to make us buy a lap top (we had no intention to buy that day!!!) Anyway we are happy with what we bought and sure this experience will make me and my husband go back again and buy more at really “best buy”!!!!

    My wife and I took or daughter to look at a tablet and she had in mind either an I Pad or a Kendel. We talked to Freeman. And he told her about several diffierent types. She finally settled on one. We have delt with Freeman before and found hin to be very honest and really knows the facts about electronics. We love shopping at this Best buy and dealing with him.

    A recently purchased a resus computer from BestBy in American Fork and was expertly advised by January whom I consulted numerous occasions. Each time she answered my numerous questions with great competence sparing no effort to guide me towards what is proving to be an ideal product in terms of both my disposable budjet & professiona needs. She also also encouraged me to assure my purchase with a excellent after sales insurance. I thank Best buy for affording its customers sales people of such great quality & competence.

    Trying to fill out the survey for Best Buy and it will not allow you to log on – getting error on web page – Best Buy should look at their survey form prior to expecting customers to log on and sign up

    I just purchased a TV for my mom. She and I were extremely happy with the attention given to us. Salesperson Mike Surette was very friendly and informative as was his superviser Rich.I will shop at Best Buy for my next electronic or appliance purchase.

    I shopped at BestBuy in San Luis Obispo on 10/29/12. A young man named Jayce helped me with the purchase of a Micowave. From initial contavt to loading in my car he was there to help. I thought customer service like his was athing of the past. Congratulations for hiring such a fine employee.

    I wen’t to bsetbuy in brooklyn atlantic mall to buy a beard groomer/trimmer. I walk to the back where I was directed by an
    employee. once I got there, there was two employee standing and
    talking, I went through all the shavers and groomers. I had a confused look on my face so the employees could see I need help
    but no one asked, if I needed help. I needed one bad so just bought
    I thought would be best. but it would have been helpful if someone
    gave me a run down on the best one for me situation.

    I shopped at Best Buy in Dartmouth,MA for a new Tv ..Tyson was excellent in his guiding me through a confusing amount of great choices pointing out the pluses and minuses of each brand.. He also recommended a geek squad consultation to see if a wall mounting was possible. Best thing I ever did!!…Luis Rodriguez ,the consultant, directed everything…TV installers were knowledgable, polite and very conscientious about their work.. I really am so pleased I went that route and I love the whole look.It was expensive but it was worth every dollar to have such a neat installation and Bose sound system…no wires, no cable box,no bulky furniture…just great!

    I bought a Sonos system 2 days ago. Trying to enter for the Best Buy
    $5,000 shop spree is an ordeal.

    1st of all you can select from several sites that mention the 5,000
    shop spree. I found one to enter my 3 group numbers. That’s a joke.
    I enter them and it takes me to a site for a $1000 gift card. Is there a simple site that lets you enter your 3 group numbers and on to you questions?

    I love BEST BUY. Just bought a whole new telephone set. Then you give us the option of entering a contest and it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to get into the proper place. Stop soliciting for everyone else!!!
    I still have not been able to enter the $5000 drawing. Guess it is just a comeon like everything else. Very disappointed.

    I bought a new phone on Nov.1,2013 and on the receipt it indicated that I could enter for a Best Buy Survey $5000 drawing contest with a survey. I have tried several different sites for this survey and found it impossible get on the survey site. Over the years we have spent thousands of dollars at Best Buy and this is not the first time that we have this problem with surveys!!
    JUST GOT A MESSAGE BACK FROM BEST BUY INDICATING THAT WE HAD ALREADY DUPLICATED WITH ANOTHER SURVEY. THIS IS AN INSULT!!!!

    I visited Best Buy in Greenville NC on 11/25/2013. the salesman, Ray, was excellent. he was very courteous and helpful with my purchase of GPS equipment for my van. he explained how to use my GPS equipment. he is very pleasant to deal with.

    The “BEST” experience the Colonial Heights Virginia Location sales “Leslie” in the Computer Department………….Her Knowledge was “OUTSTANDING” I could not have received the level of caring about not just the sale but what was the best choice for my family………in these times of financial hardships she understood……..I am now a Best Buy customer for life.

    I was shopping for a new car radio with c d player and bluetooth for my phone. Tyler was very kind and helpful. He showed me several models and explained their differences. He checked with the Geek squad to see when the radio could be installed. I was in luck and it was installed within the hour of purchase. The installer was pleasant and instructed me on the uses of the radio and its functions. Both team members were helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend Best Buy for products and service.
