National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, also known as NREGA is an Indian job guarantee scheme enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-sixth Year of the Republic of India. It offers a legal guarantee of at least one hundred days of employment in every financial year to adult members of any rural household willing to do public work-related unskilled manual work at the statutory minimum wage of Rs.100 per day. NREGA was notified on September 7, 2005. One can get the minimum wage rate notified for agricultural labor in the State until the Central Government notifies a minimum wage rate that in any case shall not be less than Rs. 60 per day. The scheme came into force on February 2, 2006 in the phase manner. For planning and implementation of the scheme, the panchayats at districts, intermediate and village levels will be the principal authorities.

In 2006 NREGA was implemented in 200 districts in the first phase and then extended to additional 130 districts in second Phase year 2007-2008. According to the initial target, NREGA was to be expanded countrywide in five years. The remaining 274 rural districts of India have been notified under the NREGA with effect from April 1, 2008 in Phase III. So, NREGA covers the whole country with the exception of districts which have a hundred percent urban population.

    That sir, after verification of all these household it is found that though the name of head of the household is same but they are belongs to different families.
