ssconline.nic.in is the website of Staff Selection Commision which introduces online application for applying SSC Combined higher secondary Level Examination (CHSLE) and Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE).
Most of the unemployed persons of India are wishing to get the Government job because they believe that private jobs are paying much but it does not have safety and security. There are numerous job seekers applying for the SSC competitive examinations for clerical and other staff recruitment post of the central government every year.
At Staff Selection Commision website, candidates are provided the general guideline for the online examination. Combined Graduate Level Exam is conducted by SSC with new pattern and modification in exam scheme. The interested candidates can read the detailed notification that posted on SSC website. Even the examination syllabus and scheme is available at its website. CHSLE is competitive examination for higher secondary school level candidates.
When you open the SSC’s website, you see three navigations including “Guidelines to the candidates”, “examination”, and “view/print application”. Under “guidelines to the candidates” navigation, candidates can get full guidelines related to SSC Examination. To view the details of application that you have submitted during the registration, you can use “view/print application” navigation. You can view and take print out of your application details after providing your registration ID and your birth date. The “examination” navigation allows you to enter into the parts of registration. The filling of online application of SSC includes two parts.
In the 1st part of registration, the basic information is required. Before submitting the details, candidate will be incited to check the details in the application. After declaration, candidate finds that information supplied by him/her is in order and no correction is required. Then candidate may press “I agree” tab and get the page which is generated with registration number.
Note down the registration number or take a print out of the page. Without part II registration, the application is not complete.
The 2nd Part of registration includes filing procedure of payment details, uploading of photograph, and scanned signature. Candidates can pay application fee online via SBI net banking or cash through SBI bank challan.
If candidates want to pay fee in cash, candidate should take printout of challan generated online after completion of part I registration. Deposit the application fee in any branch of State Bank of India and then continue with Part II registration.
Candidates who want to pay fee online through net banking can go directly to part II registration after completion of part I. Candidate will have to provide registration number and date of birth to continue to Part II registration.
Upload a recently taken scanned photograph in 8 bit grayscale JPG format. The digital size of the file must be of resolution 100 pixel widths by 120 pixels height. Then upload your scanned signature in 8 bit grayscale JPG format. The digital size of this file must be of resolution 140 pixel widths by 60 pixels height.
The email will be sent on your email ID which informing you that the application has been successfully registered. Retain the registration number, email confirming registration and proof of payment of application fee.
Regional offices of the commission have been advised that at least one week before the date of the examination put details of application numbers, roll numbers and ticket number of candidates.
At the website, you will be able to download Admission Certificate (Hall Ticket). If you do not receive the Admission Certificate within a month of the Examination and are unable to download the Admission Certificate from the Regional website concerned, then you must contact to Regional office.
