    Being out of water is not a good experience.I had a good experience tonight. The lady, Beth was helpful. We had no peoblem getting loaded. Everyone was courteous and helpfull.

    I recently had the water filter warning light come on in our refrigerator . we went to a few stores to no avail. so remembering that sears fix’s and sell’s all brands of appliances. well the gentleman in the in the appliance section was very helpful. he took one look at the (part) filter that i had with me . and handed me sears replacement part. fast, helpful and friendly.. great service

    Today I went to shop at the Sear’s store in Southland Mall. Specifically looking for the eccobay clothes line. When I asked the teller what area she told me we don’t carry that line. She told me to go to JC Penney’s. I didn’t know which way to take that. And I don’t want this person to get into any trouble, but I do think your employees should be properly trained on what your store does carry and more so on how to speak to the costumer’s. I found a few racks of eccobay clothing.

    Jim Thomas, the salesman, was very knowledgeable about the ovens. He explained the importance of the features of the two ovens we were interested in purchasing. He was most courteous, took the time to answer all questions, and it is because of his explanation of the features as he compared the ovens, we chose the Kenmore convection oven. The oven was installed on the day and at the time the oven had been promised to be delivered. The installers were very effecient and courteous. On a scale of 1-10 rating, we give Jim Thomas and the installers a 10, with 10 being the highest rating. Clyde M. Garrison

    I purchased a Kenmore dryer November 19,2008. It was almost $500 and am pleased with its performance. However, the dryer dial does not move anymore and so does not shut-off anymore, must be done by hand. I called Sears to find out if this was a common happening and if the repair cost was a major one or minor. Your representative could not cross reference anything that would indicate whether it would be a major or minor repair, but was eager to sell me a service agreement for $193 and some odd cents for repair and one year warranty on my appliance. Are you kidding? Sears once stood behind their products and I would have appreciated some information on the dryer, an assurance that the dryer could be repaired and some options available to me, rather then a hard sell for a service agreement which was the only option mentioned to me when I called. That is not what I call customer service on the part of a Company like Sears which has been a trusted name as long as I can remember. I don’t expect you to repair it for nothing because I know it is no longer under warranty, but some interest in my situation and options available to me would have been helpful.     I purchased another Kenmore product and a had another great experience,I know for years Kenmore Quality, but, I had another great experience and a good satisfaction, the way I was attended by this nice person, named Martha Castro( Assc # 414) in El Centro Ca. Store Thanks to Sears Store for having a very good Sales Team. Thanks to Martha; I got a Kengasckt and my son got a Kenmore Wall oven Unit for me. Tkank You Mrs. Martha Castro in El Centro, Ca. Store, for being so good salesperson, alot of good info. came from you.

    i went to make an appointment at the optical and then as i was roaming around i saw sally the toy car, from the lightning mcqueen collection . i wanted to pay fast ans then i saw an available register open. it was a young man and he finished with the customer he was with and then he was very nice and friendly with me. he asked me is i had the rewards blue card from sears and when i said no he took his time to explain the way i can earn points so i thanked him and gave him the info he needed.
    so associate number 33233 was so very professional and organized i really appreciate his manner and i will be back to shop at sears very soon.

    I hope I love my new upright freezer from Sears. The associate #745 was very helpful and friendly. “Thanks!” I have an Oasis pair of laundry appliances and hate the washer: it is quiet, but doesn’t wash hard enough to get really dirty clothes clean. I washed clothes worn to work in a coal mines years ago, and got them clean. Thankfully, I don’t have to do that in this washer: I’m afraid it wouldn’t do it!

    Matt service repair tech.#51888 came to our house and did something two other repair men couldn’t or wouldn’t do.Install a new dish washer door. He was determined not to let a rusty screw prevent him from making the installation. He did an outstanding job and as a result we have decided to continue our 18 yr. service contract(s) relationship w/ Sears.
